Follow up to last post...

 Went to exchange the jeans purchased the other day (38's) - and now comfortably fit into the 36's - I've got to say, they look pretty hot.  :)

I tried on a shirt I received for my birthday last year, and it's pretty loose now! :)   yeeha!

Hopefully the pig-out we had today at Imperial Kingdom wont have my weight spiralling up again!

Weight Loss

 So, having been over 100 kilos for probably the best part of 5-6 years, I've started dropping weight recently.

Happened around christmas time - I bought some new work pants (size 40) - didnt try them on until just before new years - and had to go and change them for 38's.

All of my jeans are now super loose, so bought some 38's - but they seem too large also!  I'm going to give the 36's a bash.

Why is it happening?  Well, i'm eating a hell of a lot less - and when i'm eating, better food.  Not so much deep fried bread crumbed goodness! :P

This morning, weighed in at 95.3 kgs.

cravings

I had probably the worst craving ever, about 10 minutes ago.



I went so far as to walk downstairs, and wander around the building looking for a smoker that I know to grab a cigarette of them.



This is far more difficult that I thought it would be.

Ciggies!

Day 2 of no smoking has begun.



:) Interesting so far, only a little bit cranky yesterday, mostly just a lot of hand wringing and unsettled-ness..

I just let on that I have a blog to a friend - well, she knew i had a blog, because I told her i did - i just didn't tell her what the address was - until tonight!

Happy New Year

It's been a restful few days off! :)

Anyway, I've lost a few kilos, been riding the exercise bike - otherwise, not much happening - although I did go to Neil's place and drink a few bottles of fantastic red - which I'm now going to get half a case of! :)

Who would have thought chilled red wine could be so addictive!
